Dive Trip / Snorkelling Trip Booking Conditions
By booking a boat dive or snorkelling session with Go Dive Tasmania, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- You will be required to complete an information and liability waiver, provided by Go Dive, prior to participating. Completion of this waiver is mandatory — no exceptions.
- You confirm that you have booked a dive appropriate to your certification level and that you are medically fit to dive.
Dive Trip & Activity Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of scuba diving activities and the resources involved, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 5 days prior to the scheduled dive: A 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 5 days prior: No refund will be issued.
If Go Dive must cancel a trip due to weather, safety concerns, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered:
- A rescheduled date (subject to availability), or
- A full refund of the cancelled activity.
We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.
No-shows or customers who do not provide prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If a dive trip is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, any partial refunds or rescheduling will be determined based on the portion of the trip completed.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain travel or dive insurance to cover non-refundable costs in case of personal cancellations or emergencies.
Booking a dive or snorkelling activity implies that you have read and accepted these conditions.
