During the course I felt fully supported, by everyone involved. The coaches were down to earth, friendly, and passionate about diving. They were more than happy, to answer any questions, and supported us through every step. I achieved more than I ever thought possible, and would highly recommend others to do it. You come out with new friends, new habits, and become part of a bigger community!

      The Pressure Project is awesome!

I have completed all of my Freedive Training with The Pressure Project; starting with PADI Freediver at Mount Gambier (SA), the PADI Advanced freediver at Lady Elliot Island (QLD) and PADI Master Freediver in Amed, Bali. Adam, Francisco and the entire crew are such a knowledgeable and supportive bunch, and once you've done a course with The Pressure Project you'll be part of a tribe, with opportunities to take your freediving further. So glad they're now offering courses in Tasmania, with Francisco heading up the local training. 🤙🏼👌🏼💙

      Amazing experience

Just finished my free diving weekend and it was the best mental and physical challenge I have ever attempted . I learned to hold my breath underwater for over 3 minutes and comfortably dive past 12m deep. Not something I ever thought I would be able to do. Kaeo was a fantastic teacher and I can't wait to do a lot more free diving. I cannot recommend this course enough to anyone interested.
