Theory Evening - We meet at Go Dive Tasmania (67 Argyle Street, Hobart) at 5pm to complete paperwork with Freediving theory, followed by a breath workshop. Here you'll learn to understand your body's natural urges with breathing and relaxation techniques to help you stay down longer safely.
Day 1 – We start at 9am with confined water session at the pool. There we’ll practice static breath hold, dynamic apnea, and run through duck dives and safety in preparation for the Ocean.

PADI Freediver Course
Course - Go Dive Tasmania
Go Dive Tasmania is proud to announce that we have teamed up with The Pressure Project who will be bringing it’s long running experience in the Freediving Industry to Tasmanian waters. We can offer from Padi Freediver (level 1) to Padi Freedive Instructor level.
Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. If you’ve always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves.
What makes us different?
We focus on quality and strive to offer the best in every aspect of our training. Our instructors are PADI Master Level with years of teaching experience all around Australia.
