Shipping Policy
We will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $400 AUD
- Flat-rate shipping of $15 AUD on Australian orders under $400 AUD
Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized, bulky, dangerous goods, or remote-area deliveries. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
While we aim to keep all advertised products in stock, some items may occasionally be awaiting replenishment from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated timeframe and available options.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
As a general guide, most Australian deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to regional or remote locations may take longer.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside the control of Go Dive Tasmania once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
PO Box Deliveries
Some larger items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Please note that products longer than 1 metre are generally unable to be shipped to PO Box addresses. If there are any issues with your delivery address, we will contact you before dispatch.
Express Shipping
If you require Express Post, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards.
Additional charges may apply depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging enquiries with the shipping carrier. Delivery timeframes and investigations are managed by the carrier and are outside the control of Go Dive Tasmania.
